#965 RE: ProfitScout #964

that is the MAIN issue contributing to the price decline. this stock has routinely disappointed long term investors and is only attractive as a trading/short term play. however, there really isnt enough volume to spur the normal trading activity. so - the "play" is to buy under $0.20/share and wait for a run.

the company has lambasted traders at their shareholder meetings and have made several comments to me about they arent concerned with appeasing day traders. however, they are creating the VERY situation they are trying to avoid as this continues to be a drain on long term capital when there have been so many positive, safe investments the last 4 years while this has drifted down. the result has been a systematic exit by long term holders and very little demand from other long termers or new investors to absorb that supply. the result has been the systematic decline. the 4Q13 CC in april of this year was a last straw for many and when there was no subsequent follow up and another bust and horrible cc after 1Q14 - they started exiting and still are.

this has been compounded by the dramatic increase in compensation over the last two years for mgmt and directors and the large increase of options/shares that do NOT correlate with shareholder returns.

i am a long term holder and own more shares than all the insiders except Ma and the Syrbnik brothers. i know several others that have larger holding than me. we arent traders but mgmt is making it clear that this is not a good long term investment but should be traded on the swings.

in speaking with those shareholders - it seems lieberman may be the biggest issue in moving things forward.
