I bought this when it was a shell at .0025-.003 and because Helm is not a known scammer i thought maybe he has a positive plan.
With 180k market cap
and without huge dilution it was a good buy, but seems he is only a puppet in TVOG.
I always wondered why Helm did not know the share structure, could not answer the reverse split question...Reason is probably he doesn´t know it because other people are the ones who decide.
