re CCNI($.67): former CEO Welstad has 11M+ shares, which have roughly tripled in value since he was shown the door in February of last year. Could be some serious overhead resistance if he's inclined to enjoy some profit-taking...

Even if he's sold a chunk of the volume the past two days, there's still a 9M share wall of huge profits for Welstad.

Are you taking a calculated risk that you can make about 10% in the stock and jump out again??

CCNI

Sold my CCNI today in the .84 range, after buying in around .65. It still may go higher. But seasonal strong q3 has passed and taxes are upon the horizon. I still believe they will do about .08-.09 next year fully taxed as they continue to grow. But pop a 10 pe on it and we get about .85 fv, earnings now have to be taxed in my opinion, because taxes will happen very soon.

Also for those that are worried about q4, yes q4 is nowhere near as strong as q3, but expect 25-26 million in sales which still might get them to close to .03 untaxed. having said that looking at untaxed earnings at this point in your analysis in my opinion is wrong they will have tough bottom line comps next year as they face taxed versus untaxed earnings. The business is hitting on all cylinders, maybe my valuation is conservative and it gets a 12 pe or so taxed next year, and that gets it to $1 in 2015. But stock appears close to fully valued at current levels in my opinion.
