entdoc, if it is then Liver data is EXTREMELY BAD, actually it must then be so bad you'd prefer to berry it and never speak of it again.

We should be in the 1.80$-1.90$ area with Fast Track news included and waiting, side-move, for the next level. We are not because some 'non-usual' activity is going on that need the PPS to be low for a while.

If good liver news would be in the PPS then we would be up, would go more up during PH announcement and drop during the day (30 to 50%). We've seen that a lot.

Again, if you think about the market and in particulars the pro's you must REVERSE all normal reasoning, that is the trick they were thought in their training (the good ones). If the public sentiment or upcoming news is direction up - then bring it down first and fill and the other way around.

It is SO EASY to play if you are trading with your firms cash, if you have it abundantly and have all the tools to beat everyone at it. The time US families can safely rely on their stock markets to invest in blue chips for their pension is past.

The Russians, Indians, Arab and other new world economies that figured out that the US is vulnerable at its own game due to the politic corruption and influences on regulation making for there main agencies (FDA, SEC, FCC, etc) understand you can use that.

But also the Europeans figured it out and BP on top of it. What better way to wheel in companies as PPHM then by using your pocket money to keep their cheapest and less risky/dependency funding vehicle out of the game. You force them in the hands of bankers and financiers and we have all seen what card they play and how quick they play it making the company VERY VERY VULNERABLE.

Vote to remove SHORTING from the US markets and you secure the investment in US companies by the US public and re-establish a better relationship between share price and company performance. Hence CEO will again have to show results and cannot hide behind marked manipulation.

So PPHM has a BoD protected poison pill so the next strategy is : sabotage them or try to dry them out. That is what is happening now while it became clear you are not going to break into the PPHM BoD.
