do not believe it is that simple. i have had a couple of corporations. and yes being devided can protect one from the other. but if it was not split before the contracts where signed then i do not believe they will have a leg to stand on. it will be an easy argument in court that pmcm was the owner of esmg when the deal was made and they spon it out after the deal to try and protect pmcm. pmcm could be in hot water after this. it is time for pmcm to explain the details. will pmcm be going belly up after this.
