philo: Are you not aware that e.Digital has used shelf stock to pay DW (and Eltech also) for manufacturing services? It's in the SEC filings. It's a fact and not my "opinion."

Also, I stated that it "looks like" EDIG will not be fulfilling it's good faith agreement to buy over $6 MM (I seem to recall it was $6.2 MM) over one year from the first order, which was in October. There's only 4 months left in the one-year period. I think it's pretty safe to say it doesn't look like it's going to happen.
