mcig is very young and a profit is not the most important thing...nobody should expect a profit yet. What is most important now for mcig is revenue growth.
BTW: Casting off vitacig, which may well be the better effort, will reduce revenue in the future.
I do not understand Paul's plan. You don't divide the company at this stage of a brand new developing company.
