It's my understanding that ATP and Vega are working together on this endeavour! According to BOTH sources I talked to in Allendale, Joe James has wanted to construct a biocoal/pellet producing plant for a long time and now with VegaBiocoal's help (and money from the PPM etc) this will become a reality). To ME, it was HUGE news that ANYTHING was going on at the property......ANYTHING! I suffered for years hoping and praying that the "phantom" plant in Cordele GA was going to be outfitted and start producing biocoal AS WE WERE PROMISED OVER AND OVER. NOTHING ever happened.
