Thanks for the idea s.e. I will have to find that out for sure. I don't know if you remember the first day of ANY trading on the NASDAQ, but the first purchase of 1000 shares @ $10 was mine. Did it just as a lark. Now if I sold those @ $7 I would have a nice $3000 loss and could turn around and buy OVRL. Even if OVRL was selling for a higher price equivalency, it would still be worth while for the tax loss.

If anyone else knows for sure if this would work, I would appreciate the input. Seems legit to me.
