$$EXMT as it relates some contacts are definitely better than others & years worth of familiarity combined with the knowledge gained by both should definitely be factored into ones due diligence.
Respect even as sometimes heads have been butted but knowledge is gained by both prospering & not ;-) but knowing the above helps with the prospering.
