Yeah it is rather hilarious. Treaty is not smart enough to understand the rule of cause and effect. Treaty not only hits their hand with the hammer they hit themselves in the head with the hammer on the backswing and wonder why their head hurts. Treaty will even keep it up as long as they can find some poor investor to handover their money.
