I'm perplexed by the continuing price decline. The company appears to be in reasonable, not great, financial shape. Yet, the stock is trading as if the company will be out of business by the end of the year. If that were the case, why did Adam Rothstein recently purchase additional shares. Granted, he spent only around $7K, but why buy any shares if BK is on the horizon?
