One cannot overlook the possibility of the License fee paid to a "Patent Originator" for the use of their "Patent"...If that is the case here you will never see them holding a "Patent" and the only way to find out if that is the case here is through disclosure or Litigation and contained in the body of the public record...Hapens all the time
