Some peeps like to keep their money liquid and jump in once a formal press
release from the companies is issued, and some like me, like to accumulate, hold, and wait, IN CASE NEWS COMES WHILE WE SLEEP.

So if I wake up and see the ask way out of my price range.... I'll be glad I did it this way.
