However, my theory has a huge hole if they installed panels on the remaining portion of the roof (upper portion). I just noticed that the Google Earth image is dated April 18, 2014. This leaves room for additional panel installation.

Looking at the upper portion of the roof only, they could fit about 1 panel every 35 square foot of roof top (give or take). That leaves room for about 1,145 more panels (2,620 total).

If that is the case, then the approx. solar sq ft will be around 35,400 sq ft. That would give us about 1 kw per 88 sq ft which would be near 17 percent efficiency if you extrapolate out from the table provided here http://www.solarmango.com/faq/4

I would be in hog heaven if someone could do a friendly drive by to check out if they can see the area covered with panels.
