It IS a cookie-cutter template, for one. The links aren't broken, they just haven't been setup yet.
Ensuring an online marketplace is setup correctly and professionally. It should take a month or two at least.
It's good to see that HEMP is committing some amount of time to their online presence (I see a few custom graphics), but let's hope that they attach the links, particularly to an online store with actual products; this thing could blow up.
Give the website a month or two to fix the links, and then start heckling, if nothing is done.
