I posted the response letter only from the inventor. There is a link at the bottom if you need more clarity. The person answering everyone's emails here wrote the letter. He said no working power plants yet. Some guy in Brazil said he wanted to build one but couldn't raise the money. He's still trying to get money to build one. He mentioned the reason the Israeli government stopped investing is because they ran out of money.
