You are right but this latest change alters the situation a bit. The DOD could still end up giving substantial authentication revenue down the line. APDN should not get bullied by the DOD into accepting low rates or fees.

However on the private side, if they develop an in-field detector, which they will, then the revenue potential can be huge.
