Doesn't matter who claims to be an accountant - OTC filings are non-audited. The only thing a BKEN accountant is doing, is tracking the money flow for convertible debt. Make sure the Chinese Masters don't confuse themselves. Note there was a different accountant in the previous quarterly.

The accountants are largely out of the line of fire in these scams. The accountants would need to be actively engaged in promoting the stock, and then benefit by it through a dump. Else the SEC can't hit em. Without audited numbers the PCAOB doesn't care. The accountants charge a few $K in fees, and generate unaudited numbers for the Chinese Masters to cut&paste into OTC filings as they see fit.

And who is Kevin Wilson? The only Kevin Wilson I've heard about is the IU football coach.
