someone stirring the pot. throughing it against the wall. whenever a stock gets stuck in the mud, it needs a push to get going. until the company gets some net revenue showing they are on the way to grow in the industry, there will be these kinds of actions. IMHO

What's being seen on the Ask is a long-term or large trader trying to cause fear and have small or short-term traders capitulate.
