Yield Sign - late July 31 Quarterly Report.

They had 45 days to submit that August 31 filing. 45 days brings us to late last week, and so the yield sign came up today due to a late filing.

Looking through their filing history, it looks like they've missed a few filings before, but completed it and got back to OTC Pink Current rather than Limited.

They submitted a 7/31/13 quarter report on 4/15/14! I'm guessing they were limited for a while last year.

Also, the quarter report would have probably hit the back burner with all of the other things they have going on (eg. reverse merger).
