DeMarco favoring release or wind down here? In other comments it seemed he favored wind down. Here he just said -we need to make a decision asap.

Wish we had access to a full transcript of his speech from the conference. In fact, despite comments from Castro and Newt and TH blog, i haven't found much else that was said at the conference.
