Oh, it is Way Below a Dollar already. You seem to forget that there has been a 1 for 20 reverse split and yet another 1 for 15 reverse split. Today's present price, split adjusted, is $0.0134 - so the real question is when does it go sub-penny. It shouldn't be long.
