You are missing the point. It's about cash flow. CA buys the fish from the farm and then sells it to wholesalers. It could take up to 3 months until CA gets paid. So how long do the Mega Farm partners have to wait to get paid? If it's less than 3 months then we are ramping up account receivables and that's not good. And this is exactly the type of thing you can expect from Solomon.

Because
a) he seems to have an insatiable need for cash
b) he does it all the time (SJAP, etc)
c) the mega farm partners need the money fast so they can reinvest it.

That's why I say, be very wary about this.
