Good DD . So that would be on a per well basis - The first well was begun Aug. 25th. 2009 - reported to the authority 3 months after completion and the 5 years time frame would not be up until end of Dec. at the earliest !
However the kicker would appear to be that any drilling information can be released at the discretion of the JDA on the first well around the end of the year.
SNP would not have been required to report to the JDA on the last well by April 2010 . So the 5 year time frame for the final well would not be up for about 7 months from now !
The bottom line is that investors should not be holding their breaths for a detailed report that they may never see !
