The word from Devon is that stipulations will not be required for 23, but this is just an informal communication, nothing in writing, so don't hold me to that.
You are correct in that we should be expecting DO's for 23 before too long.
The only remaining problem is with 14 due to the title complexities.
These are obviously very large growing pains. Once the titles are sorted out for the first wells, all future wells in these sections you may or may not elect to participate in will be covered. Future DOs should be a snap compared to this.
Once DO's are filed with Devon, the Gushers' relationship is only with Devon. We won't have to deal with Superior again. Or Cactus.
Taking a long term view, once all assignees are on board, the Gushers should do well. If the Gushers do well, SIOR should do well, because Superior is a "carried Gusher".
