The stock is simply being accumulated. This occurs on the bid. Many amateurs misunderstand what they are thinking and seeing. This is not dilution just big time loader. Once they are satisfied with the amount of shares they have the Mm's will let the stock run. And yes a penny or two or three plus.. The cultivation PR to come is the booster.

While this base builds, well-informed traders and investors may seek to establish or increase existing long positions. In that case, the stock is said to have come under accumulation.
