What does a 45 day notice have to do with the drilling of the hole?...the hole was drilled over a month before NAK called the loan-which then kicked in the notice...

While I don't think it was the hole in one glorified here-it, along with Liberty's presence in the neighborhood, got $5M bucks of debt off the books...

and IMO that core was split---but never tested...
