I never discussed a business license with FPFI/Harvest soul we only communicated about the AG dept in Georgia because i know they had to go thru them to get started. Looking now like they will have to either start over with AG again or maybe they have just given up on the idea of trying to get licensed, I can't answer that for them.

An operational license takes about 20 minutes to fill out and file in Georgia. Ag requires an inspection and believe it or not they are real easy to get along with.

All the Organic USDA, ISO garbage is exactly that, GARBAGE. Without AG he can't produce and distribute in Georgia, even with a USDA approval, which by the way he also doesn't have.

CHUICE has an AG license. Don't you think that a 20 year beverage executive with all the great success that Quirk, and the other wonderful people he has around him have, would be able to get thru the process. There is a reason they aren't licensed. There is a reason that there was no Indian Hills deal, there is a reason that there was never an HPP deal. Got that, NEVER. His great acquisition was in negotiations with UPC the entire time he was claiming that FPFI was going into HPP processing. The rescindment letter was issued when Quirk found out that UPC was going to announce publically the acquisition of the Texas company. The HPP company's owners kid lives in the same neighborhood as Quirk in Georgia, he had the inside scoop on the entire UPC takeover and milked it for profit. He was caught in a lie and made up one whopper of a fish tale to weasel out of it.

White Hat/Capsulus was the same thing, never a hard days work for any of them. Quirk was brought in, changed the name, changed the symbol, reverse split, diluted to oblivion and abandoned the operation. FPFI is following the exact game plan that Capsulus had. He didn't learn from his "failure" he profitted from it and he is repeating the same "failure" and profitting from it again.
