Yup. Dilution confirmed. O/S still at 4.745 billion shares. Nothing has changed.

Don't Profitable Companies buy back Millions upon Millions of shares?

If SEEK is alleged to be the Only Profitable Sub Penny.....why did the O/S increase to over 4.7Billion shares?

Sir, O/S argument is played out-in pennyland sizable o/s is the norm-Ever wonder why we don't see 2000% breakouts on the Big Board??? Sizable O/S=Cheap shares = volatility =2000% breakouts. If penny stock investors spent all day thinking about this no one will be trading penny stock shares. We can't complain about the very reason we have massive breakouts. The big board is to expensive for many and hence why we are here in penny land. If not for sizable o/s there will be no extremely cheap shares and many Americans will not be able to invest.
