Although I am very familiar with transactions involving insiders, either exercising options to buy or in pre-planned sales, I am not familiar with how those transaction run thru the stock transfer system. I mention this only because that specific number of shares you mention- 56,000, is the exact number of shares reflected on the Form 4s that came out yesterday. Any thoughts on this? Just a coincidence (and not being sarcastic).
