The item on the restricted legend being removed. There are 32M shares that were illegally distributed by the owner of those shares in an attempt to circumvent SEC rules. This was done without the company knowledge and violated the law. SFRX has refused to remove the legend and has deemed in court that those shares are permanently tainted. SFRX has won every step of the way including the Plaintiffs attempt to take the matter to Federal Court. The Federal Judge Jay Moody strongly wrote that the Plaintiff's had NO FACTS and their was no Law to support their case to take to Federal Court. It is great reading and should make any investor proud that our company does stand for what is the law and will protect all shareholders even if it takes years.
