Would agree with you. BAC has been underperforming, but actually did everything right. European Funds are moving into BAC especially as for them not only BAC is cheap but there is as well an emerging pro-Dollar trend visible.
BAC for my part Shows a huge Discount versus some of the other Banks and this will not last.
