I would bet that someone wrote to GC and that PR was the result. It shows that the study will start in 2015, as I predicted based on the information that was glossed over at the CC.
It is normal for deadlines to slip a little, but with this company, there is almost never a reasonable deadline that is set, and so that is why they never meet there deadlines.
They keep stringing along the retail in order to keep the dream ( AMBS ) going as long as possible.
