I think you're right on that one, D_R_T. Which is why I brought up the point about REVI taking over the media campaign that was going to be WBXU's gig, a week or so ago.
HEMP is going to find some shady characters in this space. But, HEMP is coming out relatively unscathed by the pitfalls of companies who are trying to benefit using HEMP's name.
I think Bruce is putting out contracts to these small upstarts with the idea, "if they perform; we benefit. If they don't perform; we can easily pare our losses and find another upstart whose interested."
Only one of these partners has to perform to triple HEMP's PPS. It will take time in an industry that still isn't federally legal.
(Again, I lump hemp/marijuana in the same industry... because for all intents and purposes for the powers-that-be, they are the same industry)
