My logic is that someone going to the trouble of selling one share has a reason to push the price down and keep it suppressed.
Why would they want to do that? maybe they are a competitor, or maybe they plan to accumulate. I don't know why, but it happens all the time, just not usually to such a blatant extent. But i think someone has shown their hand.
