I did a screen on US Biotech. The list is based on market cap. I went to each company website to count the number of directors. I can assure you that looking at the lists and credentials of the various BOD's, PPHM is woefully lacking and is so far from the norm it is a major red flag.

Again, here is the link. I would guess the pphm BOD is probably one of the highest paid and probably the weakest in terms of experience/independence.

The foxes don't want anybody else in the hen house. Wonder why?
