Halt may come before that due to delinquency. Even after his near 4 year prison sentence is up, he'll still have a 5 year period afterward of not being qualified to sign SEC forms as CEO without lots of legal hoops he can't afford to jump through.
You'll have to buy your own promo to get any PR done, he's not doing any PR's from prison, and he can't afford to pay his attorney so I doubt anyone will be doing it for him.

Will the mo's swap with the bagholders on this one anytime soon??? It's hard to believe that enough lies could be told to get anyone seriously interested in throwing much money at the POS at this point but who knows, it may run eventually anyway.
