Thanks I missed that, but upon review I see you are absolutely correct. Scott provided the information in the interview, and LNP confirmed it. After re-reading the transcript, I also noticed that a "major financial publication" requested an interview with the company in early September. Time to do some digging to see if I can find it online.

Despite what the share price currently reads, the MSA was a monstrous regulatory hurdle overcome. The national distribution plan for Red Sun and Magic premium brands seems to be following a similar path that resulted in $400M in sales of American Spirit before parent company Santa Fe was bought out by RJ Reynolds - very high margin products sold in high end specialty tobacco shops w/price incentives for retailers to market them and meet quota. Same players involved here that were w/Santa Fe: Henry Sicignano and Richard M. Sanders. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
