There doesn't necessarily have to be a reason for stocks to plummet, we're in the OTC markets, what do you expect? volatility is great when it goes up when it goes down it's just part of the game. Even if you find an answer to what you're looking for I mean the PPS already dropped, imo it's the S-1 being dragged on along with people tired of holding than it's just following the crowd where one dumps after seeing others dump. Also not to mention the sector was already crashing and we were in the middle of summer where the general market is dry as is.
LOL..are u suggesting all MJ OTC stocks have been diluting at the same time??....cause almost all MJ and Vape stocks have had their PPS knocked severely the past 45 days....infact if u look at it, MCIG is still the best performing among all of them...and has also lost the least compared to other similar stocks.
It is also the only company that has a responsible Management that is regular posting updates and reports....No company gets a spin off approved by the SEC within the first round....it takes several rounds and anyone who has been investing in shares for a long time knows that!
With the obviously expected high revenue 10Q report and the very imminent spin off, this stock is definitely a sound investment.
Then you don't share the vision!!! I emailed them a long time ago after I ordered a couple of products from them...The personalized my order and sent me a handwritten thank you note!! They thanked me for sharing their vision! I continue to share their vision! Their vision has no blinders on it!! Once the 2 companies are separated you will see some maneuvering especially coming into the midterms....imo of course....:) $$$mcig$$$
