I believe that is the plan... And strangely Blackburn as recently even PR'd that they are removing what assets Treaty has and moving them to another company that so far Treaty investors have no interest in except for a promise of some sort of dividend. With the way Treaty does business odds are very good that Treaty investors will be left with nothing but a shell and a shitload of debt and lawsuits... PBLS all over again...
