The only thing the FDA can give XXII is a "modified risk" label and though I agree that won't be received yet by the NACS show it doesn't mean XXII couldn't put out a product with labeling that separates it from the pack but stopping short of "modified risk".
They have said they will market their super premium cigarette thru SF (specialty tobacco shops) as they marketed the Santa Fe Brand, but IMO that doesn't mean they can't market their standard cigarettes utilizing XXII IP via other marketing avenues.
SF certainly won't be the only sales avenue for XXII in the USA.
Definitely interested in listening in on the conference call or at least getting the synopsis, as I am sure others here would agree. Bonnie Herzog is the real deal in the tobacco industry. Her credentials precede her. Glad to see another poster on this forum bringing some quality DD and not sweating the tick-by-tick share price fluctuation.
