A PR with the company's direction changes the dynamic of the stock. The only issue this stock will ever have is Volume B/C of its low s/s . The challenge will only be acquiring volume. That solves any dilemma here. I hope da kid sees that! Keeping the ss where it is preserves the stocks future.
