No one holds that many shares so it had to have been dilution. I estimate the outstanding share count is roughly 650 Milllion. 650M x 0003 = $195k. Still Cheap. We could still realistically see .0010+ on a decent run. I am dumbfounded that the CEO has literally done nothing to try and get the share price up given the convertibles that are coming due, did not expect that but it's still not too late.
