0003 printed ....its retail or a pre determined sale from converted shares... simply look at the time and sales report for FPFI. You will see a small n next to the .0003 trade. Put your cursor over it and it will say Next Day... simply means the sale is covered on the books the next day.

The stock may not have officially closed at .0003 but its a retail .0003 trade or it would not be on the Time and Sales log.
