SAGD was put on the shelf. It's in hibernation. If Kuglebrains leaves the authorized alone, well then maybe some well deserved news will make it run EVENTUALLY! It seems to now just be the forgotten "play." Even the last run was not a "play." It was a hopeful celebration for the shell to cease filing obligations. Obviously that was not done for reverse merger. It was done to save on expenses for a non-operating shell.

That is right! SAGD has much lower AS (joke low 450M shares) and no any preferred shares at all! 24.7M-0.0004 x 2M-0.0005 now. The next ask is 1.6M-0.0006 from the Level2, then 500K-0.0008, then 250K-0.0012! Easy to hit the 0.001x land again with some slapping at the asks...
