Why would anyone that received stock in any kind of a deal, sell at a rock bottom price??? The only shares being sold are scared investors, thinking that they can jump back in when the time comes. It just wouldn't make any business sense to sell shares at the bottom of the market.
This pps is just allowing confident longs to acquire more.
