CDEL does all the trades for scottrade from what I can tell. Any time I make a trade it's CDEL that does it.

Citadel Securities, a unit of Citadel LLC in Chicago, has fired about 10 percent of its staff.

So now that they have nothing to do, they mess with us... :-)
