They have not and will not dilute, I've been watching a long time. The AS, per the DD is for mergers/acquisitions, restricted stock. If they were smart though, they'd reduce AS as sign of good faith. They don't need that much restricted stock. The OS is what counts!!! OS is 300+m or so and float 96m, hasn't changed in a a long time except reverse split (and OS nor float changed since then!), which makes sense as it gets the price/float just like CRRA VTXB were before the reverse mergers! This is a david cutler stock, pure gold, watch.
