10 million shares have been "accumulated" since 8/1 (thanks of course, to all that selling).

'they" can't even follow through on the announcements they make and "they" are supposed to be able to get the trading activity solid???????

USPR trades millions of shares a month, every month. There hasn't been any float control here in a year.
